The rules presented in this document apply to SETRE Providers who, at the time of the annual evaluation, do not meet the conditions under which they were granted registration in the National Electronic Register.
The deletion procedure shall apply in the following situations:
- 1) At the express request of the SETRE Provider. In this case, the applicant will fill in the request found on the setre.gov.ro website, section "Forms" and will send it in electronic format to the e-mail address: office@setre.gov.ro.
- 2) Following the enforcement of a court decision or a decision from government or administrative organisations with authority.
- 3) If the SETRE Provider does not respond within a maximum of 10 days from the date of notification on the obligation to submit documents that no longer meet the conditions under which it was granted the registration.
- 4) If the SETRE provider has transmitted erroneous / false information / data at the time of submission of documents for registration / for the extension of the validity of the registration or has not transmitted the documents in accordance with those indicated in the notifications.
- 5) The SETRE provider no longer fulfils the conditions laid down in Article 4 para. (1) of the Government Ordinance no. 8/2022.
- 6) The legal entity, registered as SETRE provider, ceases its activity.
The decision on the annulment of the registration referred to in para. For the purposes of paragraph 1, it shall be communicated to the SETRE provider within 3 working days from the date of application of the measure.
